Registration for the 2025/2026 season is now open!

A few things to note:

- Please take the time to review the information we have provided on our website. We understand there is a lot of information but it is important that our Members understand our policies and processes.

Rec vs Rep FAQs

- Registration for competitive (A, AA and AAA) hockey will close August 15th at 11:59pm.  Registrations received past this deadline will be charged a $75 late fee and may be placed on a waitlist.

- Registration for U13C, U11C, U9 and U7 will close September 30th. 

- If you are registering for competitive hockey, tryouts are required. The tryout fee is included in the registration fee. 

- EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION CONTEST: Register by July 31st, 11:59pm and be entered to win a $150 registration credit.  At least 1 installment must be paid. 

- Please review the Rep vs Rec document to ensure you and your player understand the differences to determine the best fit for your daughter and your family. 

- MWF will be hosting Pre-evaluation Conditioning Camps starting September 2, our team is in the process of finalizing details and we will release all information shortly. 

- More information regarding Evaluations (ie. schedule, etc) will be released shortly. Our team is in the process of finalizing details.
