As we wrap up the season, we’re asking members to complete a few short end-of-year surveys to help us continue improving the player experience at MWF.

The surveys include:

• Overall association experience
• Team coaching feedback
• Goalie development feedback (for goalie families)

As a volunteer-driven association, your feedback is especially important. All responses are anonymous and will help guide planning and improvements for next season across development, communication, and programming.

Surveys will remain open until May 25.
